Oklahoma Comprehensive Literacy State Development Grant

Amira	A universal screening tool that fulfills the Oklahoma Strong Readers Act Requirements. This tool will ensure screening for all Oklahoma elementary students.

ELI	The Early Learning Inventory (ELI) is a comprehensive tool to gauge students’ knowledge and skills along with monitoring students’ progress throughout the year for grades PK-1st Semester 1st Grade. The ELI covers foundational knowledge and skills, as well as abilities critical to early learning. Teachers will need to complete the OSDE ELI Course available through OSDE Connect prior to attending an in-person training in July 2025.
	*Kinder and 1st grade teachers will both complete the Kindergarten course in OSDE Connect.

OKMTSS in EdPlan	A dashboard integrating universal screening, progress monitoring and intervention management.

Science of Reading and Teaching	Focused training on evidence-based reading instruction practices that address the acquisition of language, phonological and phonemic awareness, phonics, fluency, vocabulary, oral language, and comprehension, differentiated to meet individual student needs.

High Dosage Tutoring	An in-person program poviding expert level tutoring from highly trained and experienced teachers, for elemetary and secondary students. This includes 15 weeks of live tutoring per semester.
